Brookline Housing Authority Apartments are located in ideal Brookline neighborhoods.  Many apartments for seniors and disabled are within blocks of historic and commmercial Coolidge Corner.

Family housing apartments are located adjacent to BrooklineVillage or "The Point" or adjacent to the commercial area of Commonwealth Avenue.

All units are very convenient to public bus routes or the Green Line subway.

Applicants who presently live or work in Brookline may qualify for residency preference as permitted under law.

Income eligibility for all BHA apartments is at or below 80% area median income.
