The Kickham Apartments is a Federally funded, elderly/disabled development consisting of 38 one-bedroom units (four of which are wheelchair accessible) and one two-bedroom unit. The building is a mid-rise, elevator-equipped apartment building located at 190 Harvard Street. The Manager's office, the community room and the Modernization Office are located on the first floor as well as a lovely greenhouse.
The development is wonderfully situated just blocks away from Cleveland Circle, Beacon and Harvard Streets, places of worship, the Stop and Shop, Trader Joe's and many stores and restaurants. The Green Line's "C", Beacon Street, trolley stop is two blocks away and the #66 bus with a route between Harvard Square and Dudley Station stops one block away.
