Brookline ESOL Program to Celebrate its 4th Annual Closing Celebration
April 30, 2019
This May 2019, Brookline ESOL Program will celebrate its fourth annual closing ceremony for our more than 60 English language participants. This joyous event includes multicultural potluck, music, and presentations reflective of the community’s great diversity. It kindly hosted by the Brookline Senior Center, which will also provide transportation for BHA residents.
Since 2015, the Brookline ESOL Program, a service of the Brookline Housing Authority, has engaged, educated, and empowered more than 200 adult learners representing more than two dozen countries and languages. It has also brought together Brookline residents who wish to make a difference in these communities as English teachers and volunteers.
We invite you to join in celebrating their varied journeys and successes!
